The vehicle is fitted with a 192-line LiDAR paired with Horizon Journey 6H chip, delivering a peak computing power of 420 TOPS. It builds a 720° full-range environmental perception system based on the end-to-end HS8 solution. It supports both urban NOA and highway navigation-assisted driving, enabling automatic lane changes, steady vehicle following and safe passing in narrow roads. The system maintains outstanding detection performance at night and in complex mixed traffic scenarios with pedestrians and vehicles. It also supports memory parking and remote-controlled parking, greatly lowering the difficulty of parking in tight spaces.
Smart Cabin: Immersive AI Human-Machine Interaction
The cockpit adopts a triple-screen interactive layout: a 15.6-inch 2.5K central control screen, a 10.25-inch instrument cluster and a 25.8-inch AR-HUD. Powered by a 4nm cockpit chip, it features four-zone continuous voice interaction and recognizes nine major Chinese dialects, allowing independent voice commands from passengers in different seats. It is compatible with CarPlay, HiCar and CarLink. Built-in AI travel assistant, in-cabin forgotten object reminder and driver fatigue monitoring functions are designed to accommodate diverse usage habits of the whole family.
Three-Electric System & Charging: Reliable Range with High Safety Standards
Equipped with CATL batteries, ID.AURA T6 offers two CLTC range options: 540km and 660km. The energy consumption can be as low as 12.5 kWh per 100 km. A nine-source heat pump air conditioner comes as standard equipment to stabilize driving range in low-temperature environments. It only takes 22–24 minutes to charge the battery from 30% to 80%. The battery pack has passed more than 400 rigorous safety tests. Combined with German-tuned chassis, it balances precise handling and riding comfort.
Space & Family-Oriented Scenarios
With a body length of 4811mm and wheelbase of 2836mm, the vehicle achieves an excellent interior space utilization rate of 85.3%. It is Volkswagen’s first model equipped with a 90L independent front trunk, together with 38 storage compartments across the cabin. The front seats can be fully flattened with one-touch operation. It also comes with a queen co-pilot seat, rear small table board and 220V V2L external discharge function, perfectly covering various scenarios including camping, in-car rest and family trips with children.
